OUR 14-DAY RETURN POLICY You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

• Unopened Tea: Eligible for return within 14 days in its original, sealed packaging.
• Opened Tea: Due to food safety standards, opened tea packages are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
• Damaged or Incorrect Orders: Please inspect your delivery right away. If your tea or jar arrives damaged, contact us at customerservice@fehmerlingbooks.com within 72 hours of delivery so we can issue a replacement or refund.
• How to Initiate: Email us with your order number before shipping anything back. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the error was ours.
