FREE Standard Shipping
- Orders $50.00 and over: FREE Standard Shipping on all domestic U.S. orders.
Standard Flat-Rate Shipping (Orders Under $50) For orders under $50, standard shipping is calculated by weight at checkout:
- 0 – 2 lbs: $6.99
- 2.01 – 5 lbs: $7.99
- 5.01 – 15 lbs: $9.99
Expedited Shipping (UPS 2-Day Air) Need your books or tea faster? We offer UPS 2nd Day Air at checkout. Rates are calculated in real-time based on your exact delivery location.
Note: UPS 2-Day Air speeds up transit time with the carrier. Orders placed with expedited shipping ship out the following business day.
Order Tracking Reliable tracking is included with every domestic order. You will receive an automated tracking link via email as soon as your order is packed and labeled.
International (Canada)
We are pleased to ship to our neighbors in Canada. Please note that at this time, international shipping is limited to individual books only.

Our standard processing time is 1-2 business days. However, we aim for same-day shipping for orders placed before 4:00 PM PST. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your labels are printed.
Yes. All U.S. orders over $20 qualify for free standard shipping. Furthermore, any "New, Unread" book ships for free within the United States, regardless of the order total.
Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on the distance from our Pacific Northwest location. We provide tracking so you can follow the journey of your order.
Currently, we ship to all addresses within the United States and to Canada (individual books only). We are exploring expanded international options for the future.
