A Science Fantasy Planetary Romance of Interstellar Arenas, Alien Worlds, and Survival

In this sequel to Hunters of the Red Moon, human protagonist Dane Marsh and his alien companions—including the feline hunter Rianna and the reptilian warrior Aratak—survive the brutal hunting games of the Mekinez. Transported to a quarantined "Closed World," the survivors find themselves stranded on an unmapped planet teetering on the verge of planetary war.

Facing native alien factions and spectral, dragon-like aerial predators, Dane and his companions must navigate tribal rivalries and dangerous wilderness. To escape the planet, they must locate hidden technology left behind by ancient spacefarers.

Why You’ll Love This Book

Marion Zimmer Bradley and Paul Edwin Zimmer deliver an imaginative science fantasy adventure packed with alien biology, gladiator survival, and planetary exploration. Perfect for readers of Edgar Rice Burroughs, Anne McCaffrey, and Jack Vance.
