A Legion of the Damned Military Sci-Fi Novel of Alien Fleets, Rogue AI Machines, and Fleet Warfare

Following a hard-fought victory against mutinous military factions, Legion General Bill Booly faces a catastrophic galactic crisis. The sudden arrival of the Thrakies—an enigmatic, technologically advanced alien species—triggers an ancient, dormant machine fleet hidden within Confederacy space.

Reprogrammed by a fanatic religious zealot bent on galactic cleansing, the automated war machines launch an omnicidal campaign against all biological life. Forced into an uneasy alliance with former enemy warlords, General Booly leads the cyborg Legion troops in a desperate fleet battle to destroy the machine command node.

Why You’ll Love This Book

William C. Dietz delivers a high-octane military science fiction thriller packed with cyborg infantry tactics, starship combat, and grand space opera scale. Perfect for fans of David Drake, John Ringo, and Jack Campbell.
