Unopened Tea: Eligible for return within 14 days in its original, sealed packaging.
Opened Tea: Due to food safety standards, opened tea packages are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: Please inspect your delivery right away. If your tea or jar arrives damaged, contact us at customerservice@fehmerlingbooks.com within 72 hours of delivery so we can issue a replacement or refund.
