A Hard Sci-Fi Megastructure Adventure of Dyson Spheres, Alien Builders, and Interstellar Flight

Two centuries after humanity settled Orbitsville—a colossal Dyson sphere megastructure completely enclosing a central star—the mysterious alien creators of the artificial world remain an enigma. Garry Dallen, seeking revenge against the ruling Starvision corporation for a personal tragedy, travels to the megastructure just as anomalous gravitational shifts disrupt the world.

Chaos erupts when Orbitsville's internal engines activate, propelling the entire star-enclosing shell out of its solar system on an interstellar trajectory toward deep space. Trapped aboard the accelerating world, Dallen must navigate corporate warfare and decode ancient alien mechanisms to understand the true cosmic purpose of Orbitsville's departure.

Why You’ll Love This Book

Hugo Award-winner Bob Shaw crafts an awe-inspiring hard science fiction epic featuring one of speculative fiction's greatest alien megastructures. Perfect for fans of Larry Niven's Ringworld, Arthur C. Clarke's Rendezvous with Rama, and Greg Bear.
