The Bookworm's Starter Kit: The Cloisters by Katy Hays | Dark Academia Thriller & Annotation Set

When Ann Stilwell arrives in New York City for a summer internship at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, she is unexpectedly reassigned to The Cloisters, the museum's secluded gothic branch devoted to medieval art. There, she joins a tight-knit circle of researchers led by charismatic curator Patrick Roland and his alluring assistant, Rachel Mondray.

The team is secretly investigating a newly discovered set of 15th-century tarot cards that may hold predictive fortune-telling powers. As academic ambition turns into dangerous obsession, Ann uncovers hidden rivalries, forgery, and deadly deception within the museum's gothic walls.

Designed for active readers, The Bookworm's Starter Kit pairs this dark academia mystery with functional annotation tools. Utilize the included palette of 200 translucent sticky tabs to color-code plot turns, character arcs, and key quotes directly on the page without damaging the text.
